Polish Post (Express shipping):
For time-sensitive wholesale orders, Express Shipping ensures faster transit. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Our Ukrainian hub partners with international freight forwarders for large-scale projects. Shipping directly from the production facility is often a highly cost-effective solution. We will work with you to arrange the most efficient transport.

⚠️ Customs Notice for orders dispatched from our Ukrainian hub (Incoterms DAP):
For orders dispatched from our Ukrainian hub, the shipment originates outside the European Union. These orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). The Customer acts as the Importer of Record and is responsible for paying any applicable import VAT, customs duties, and brokerage fees upon the shipment's arrival.

Inspecting Your Delivery: Upon receipt of your order, you must inspect the packaging in the presence of the courier. If there is any visible mechanical damage during transport, you must sign a formal damage protocol (protokół szkody) with the carrier. This document is strictly required to process any B2B transport claims.
