The protection of our B2B Partners' and Users' personal data is of utmost importance to us. This Privacy Policy explains the principles, scope, and legal basis for processing personal data on our website.

The Data Controller is ATB-Sound sp. z o.o., with its registered office at: ul. Zygmunta Krasińskiego 15A/3, 50-449 Wrocław, Poland.

Entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna, VI Commercial Division, under KRS number: 0000976675, NIP: 8992928027, REGON: 522285263.

We process personal data securely and strictly for the following purposes:


a. Execution of Contracts: To register an account, process B2B Sales Agreements, handle billing, and deliver ordered goods or services, including acoustic calculations (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).


b. Legal Obligations: To issue invoices, process returns/warranties (where applicable by law for Quasi-Consumers), and store accounting and tax records as required by Polish law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).


c. Legitimate Interests: To assert or defend against legal claims, gather analytical data to improve our Odoo platform, and conduct B2B direct marketing of our own products (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).


d. Consent: To send promotional newsletters, provided the User has given explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

To use our B2B platform, we require specific data:


Registration & Purchasing: First and last name, company name, Tax Identification Number (VAT/NIP), billing and delivery addresses, e-mail address, and telephone number.


Financial Data: Bank account numbers (only processed in the event of refunds or manual bank transfers).

  • Tax and Accounting Data: Personal data related to concluded Sales Agreements and invoices are stored for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax deadline expired, as mandated by Polish tax law.


  • Civil Claims: Data may be stored until the expiration of the statutory limitation period for asserting contractual claims (typically 3 years for B2B transactions).


  • Accounts & Consent: If an account is inactive or consent for marketing is withdrawn, related non-essential data will be deleted immediately.

To efficiently fulfill your orders, we share necessary data with trusted third parties:


  • Recipients: Courier/logistics companies, electronic payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), and IT providers (e.g., Odoo S.A.).


  • Transfers Outside the EEA (Ukraine): Because our primary manufacturing hub is located in Ukraine, shipping details (name, address, phone) are securely transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to our logistics partners in Ukraine strictly for the purpose of executing the delivery. This transfer is safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses and is essential for contract performance. We do not sell or share data with external marketing agencies.

Under the GDPR (RODO), every User has the right to:


Access and Rectify: Request information about processed data and correct any inaccuracies via their Odoo Customer Portal.


Erase ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request deletion of data (subject to our legal obligation to retain tax records).


Restrict or Object: Limit processing or object to data usage (e.g., for direct marketing).


Data Portability: Request the transfer of data to another entity.


Withdraw Consent: Revoke marketing consent at any time without affecting past processing.

Our website uses cookies to ensure proper session management, analyze traffic, and enhance the B2B user experience.
