Standard B2B Returns (Entrepreneurs) As a B2B manufacturing platform, we produce and dispatch goods specifically for commercial and professional use. Therefore, standard returns for reasons such as "purchased by mistake" or "change of mind" are not accepted for standard business entities. All B2B sales are considered final upon delivery, except in cases of manufacturing defects or transport damage.
Exceptions (Quasi-Consumers / JDG) In accordance with Polish law, natural persons conducting business activity (e.g., Sole Traders/JDG) whose purchase is not of a professional nature (Quasi-Consumers) retain the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- Important: This 14-day exception does not apply to custom-made products, personalized CNC-cut panels, or bulk orders manufactured to specific project requirements.
Returns for Defective or Damaged Goods If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, or if you received an incorrect item:
- Contact us within the warranty period at contact@eucous.com [или purchase@eucous.com — выбери один].
- For transport damage, a formal damage protocol (protokół szkody) signed with the courier at the time of delivery is strictly required.
- We will provide instructions for returning the item to our designated Return Hub: ATB-Sound sp. z o.o., ul. Główna 35, 55-220 Piekary, Poland.
Return Process & Refunds
- To initiate a valid return or warranty claim, you can use the "Return" button in your Odoo Customer Portal or fill out the form below.
- Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Direct shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the Customer unless the return is due to our manufacturing error.
- Once your return is received and inspected at our Polish warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
